Default Clutch Quadrant

Is this a total PITA to install? I'm getting one here soon and was wondering if it was something i could do in the driveway.

its under the dash pretty much all the way up...you have limited space to work with, just have to have patience with that one, its on the left side if your looking at the dash...a flashlight comes in handy, did you get one thats adjustable...if not you can get one that adjusts on the firewall to your likings, BBK is a good one

Yep, under the dash.
And like WNDSOR says, removing the driver's seat (4 bolts) makes it easier, as you can lay on your back and work up in there better, rather than being a contortionist. The hardest part for me was removing the smaller of the 2 part stock quadrant. Once those were removed, the aftermarket one was a piece of cake. So easy, it was like why can't Ford design one like this to begin with? [:@]
