so im on my way to school and i get to the intestate...so i push my clutch in..take it out of gear and let out on the clutch..and it was just a big jolt...and then i pushed the accelerator..and it took off...so i just skip the interstate..go off an pull in to a side thing and try and take it out of gear..

so my tranny is stuck in 5th gear...stick will come out..but it wont go into any other gears

i have a 1989 Ford Probe GT

 

drag it to one of those kia $5000 minimum trade deals and get a kia then trade that in on a stang....nah j/k sorry bout your misfortune but is your clutch have the normal feel to it or is softer or harder does it feel different at all....or will the shifter itself go into any other gears?

 

lol i wanna stang..but i think im addicted to boost[:'(] had a mechanic look at it..i guess its fried..
so i guess i gotta get a new one..

i was stuck in neutral, i could start the car, but not put it into any gears.... couple hundred $ later, after a new clutch install it works fine
