not entirely, it is just sized so the alternator spins a bit faster than their competition. it would still be a problem if you have a large stereo installed.

yeah you are right. Eliminate was the wrong word. Maybe the correct statement is, "the March underdrive setup can minimize charging problems related to underdrive pullies due to their alternator pully size"? I suppose this also means that you may get slightly less HP gain if March is going to spin your alternator faster?

anyone recommend any good 200 amp alternators? i know dom irragi makes awesome alternators. any others?

Powermaster makes some high output ones and East Coast Auto Electric makes them for drag cars.

i beleve steeda underdrives are the best they are a total replacement pulley.

yea i always wonderd if and how much power you lose when you use the AC i was always worried about it so i never used it lol =)
