If I went with the 3:73 gear in my Automatic GT would i be turning up more RPMS and runing my Engine Harder? Because I LOVE THIS CAR AND WANT TO KEEP IT BUT I DRIVE TO WORK AND NEED GOOD GAS MILEAGE CAN ANYONE GIVE ME A PERCENT OF GAS MILEAGE I WOULD LOSE IF I WENT WITH THE 3:73 THANKS GUYS PHIL

Actually the higher gear you go with, the less the engine has to work to get it up to speed. On the top end you will be turning about 100 rpm's more than the stock 3.27's but its worth it.

well it may get better gas mileage if you skip gears which would be easier with the 3.73's

Just as a personal opinion, I love my 3.55 gear. Its a good mix of top and bottom end. It also will become useful once I get the x-pipe on due to losing back pressure. I would go with a 3.55 or 3.73.
