My trunk on my 1999 mustang GT is coming loose. I can push up and down on it and hear it clicking a bit. It sounds like the trunk is not fastened down low enough or something. Anyone know how to adjust the trunk to make it lower and latch down better?

 

Is all the weatherstripping present and in good shape? What kind of shape is the latch in (both on the lid and in the chassis)?
