Headroom?

Headroom?
Hi, new member here, just bought an 03 Stang.
This is kid of a weird question, but I noticed as I was test driving the car and siting in it that there was'nt much headroom and that my head was sort of level with the top of the door. Im a big kid at 16, Im 5' 10" / 5' 11' and 204 pounds or so.
I just wanted to know if anyone else feels the same way? Or will I get used to it evetually? Might just be because Im used to driving a taurus and a neon, which are both basically bubbles.
One thing I can say though is that I hope I dont get into any side impact crashes, because If I do my head will get smacked around more than a punching bag from the door hitting it.[:-]

RE: Headroom?
You'll have to lean the seat back to get any decent head room. You're not exactly big, so you should fit fine (unless you should really weigh 150, anyway). You won't get Crown Vic type room, but definitely ample. FYI, I'm a 5'10" 240 pounder with a fullback's build and am very comfy in my '03 GT.
