Hi, I'm a new member here and am considering buying my first Mustang.
My wife will drive it most of the time. We're looking at a V6 Premium with the Pony Package.
She wants RED... says red just seems the right color for a Mustang.
Five years down the road, do certain colors have better resale values?

The KBB doens't say anything about colors as far as I know.

Red cars stand out more than most, so the PO PO usually looks at red first. I've also heard red cars have higher insurance, but i donno if its true or not.

I checked with my insurance company today... gave them the details about the Mustang I'm considering, but did not tell them the color, nor did they ask. So I don't think color matters when it comes to insurance cost. And yes, the GT V8 would be fun, and probably have a better resale value, but the monthly payment and increased insurance is not in the budget. Thanks for the advice.
