Is a K&N FIPK cai really worth the money? Or is it better to buy one from mac or one off ebay?

mac and ebay are the same (for the most part, no name brand)... the big push behind CAI kits is the fact that less bends provide for less turbulant air flow... ebay will be your cheapest option, same gain.

 

yeah i just ordered a CAI off ebay for 34 dollars. should be here tomorrow...

 

i know some one who bought an ebay cai, couldnt be happier. if you realy are worried about the filter, just buy the cheapest one on ebay and buy a k&n filter for it. it will still cost a ton less then the k&n kit but perform just as well.

one thing to remember is they use the stock maf. that should be the next thing you upgrade.
