Default Complete SUSPENSION build.. HELP!!

Have an 83 GT which Im doing a DRAG focused suspension on. I have a few questions about what is good though.

1. Baseline suspension products, I've been eyeballing uppers and lowers and need some feedback from users on performance.

2. I have heard from others that you should go poly bushings for front but, rubber in rear because polys dont have enough feedback.

Is it true that rubber is the best for the rear?

I have the following already: 8.8 with new 3:73 and fresh posi. Strange adjustable struts, Strange adjustable shocks, energy and prothane polyurethane front bushings, 4cyl springs

I REALLY need some SOLID advice because I'm really puzzled about what I should go with. I hear about aftermarket arms and stuff breaking on people sometimes. I will not be running a high horsepower car any time soon but price range for arms and such is relatively close from brand to brand so I want the best for money.

I really like adjustable stuff and would REALLY APPRECIATE any other components or parts you might suggest to me.

PLEASE POST RELATIVE SETUPS

THANKS, Ryan
