Default vacuum lines

I need help finding where the vacuum lines go on a gt40 intake. There are three large hoses on the back left side. opposite the TB. I can only find two hoses to hook into them. They are the egr valve, fuel pressure regulator and then the other one is on the tree. the tree has three hoses, but the other two are small and I know where they are. one of the large hoses comes form the lower intake and the other from the firewall above the steering linkage. where should the third be coming from. where do the other two go?

There is no hose going to the map sensor. doesnt one have to go there? may this is the missing hose. is there any reason not to have a hose going there?
