AOD Problems
I have an 89 GT 5.0 AOD. I just got 4.10's and have run into a few problems. Mainly, at full throttle, the car will not shift into overdrive at 90mph. It will just keep revving passed 6k. If I let off of the gas a little bit, it will shift into overdrive, but when I give it more gas it will downshift and overrev. Anyone got any hints on this?

I've had a couple AOD's, and neither would shift into OD at full throttle. However, I've never been at a speed that would over-rev 3rd gear and tried to floor it.
From what I was told, it's a feature to prevent damage to the overly fragile OD gear.
