Default rear brake dragging slightly

i changed my brakes last week new rotors calipers and pads and the right rear was dragging found one problem the parking cable wouldnt dissengage replaced it now its fine but it still is dragging slightly i belive it gets hotter than the passengers side. i think the problem might be the caliper bracket the slide bolts in the bracket arnt moving at all i got the top one loose after some work but no luck on the bottom one is this my problem????

I would make sure that all the sliding
metal surfaces of the caliper are lubed
with brake grease. Since rotors do
not retract but meerly stop pushing
it is important that all metal edges be lubed.
