Vibration after clutch install!!

Vibration after clutch install!!
Just replaced clutch in my 90 5.0 LX
and now there is a definative vibration in neutral at 1300 rpm's and
worse at 55 and 75.
flywheel was in good shape so it was not resurfased
what you think..
