i just bought JDM Euro Headlights(black housing) and i was wondering on what the red/black wires are for that come with it, it looks like i need to wire them to something myself but dont know what cuz the directions suck *****

ive heard of that. Iam pretty sure that function as a ground..... at most

 

i jujst got some of those , dus it have those angel thingies and a small bulb in the corner, if so you need to hook them to a switch or something to be able to use them

if its a different set up then i cant help without seeing it

 

I have lights like that on my Civic. Are they projector or halo style lights, or have any extra bulbs in them? It may be something you do need to wire up to a powered switch...
