Is it normal to get loose while cornering and going over bumps?

Im not talking about racing, just doing the speed limit, I could be going over bumps and my rear gets loose, Im neither accelerating nor slowing down, constant speed. I can recall that in my previous car I wouldnt get loose like this, one of RWD no posi, the other one was FWD no posi.

Is this normal?



Is there something I could do with gears, clutch, and brake to control it better while going over bumps?
