Sometimes my car grinds shifting fast not necessarily hard into 4th, and sometimes just when i kick it into reverese it either wont go or grinds like a biatch, Its embarassing cuz it looks i suck at driving a stick lol....any suggestions? I do need to flush my tranny, and im replacing it with royal purple synthetics, but i dont think thats the problem

Sounds like a syncro to me.

 

Maybe your just unlucky and you have two problems at once?

If it was just fourth I would say syncro issues but since you also have a reverse issue I would have to say extremely bad fluid or clutch issues.
