ATI Procharger right? Can you use them without factory a/c and power steering? Also don't you have to move the battery to the passenger side?

 

A self-contained oil system is a plus for the Procharger. -I have trouble respecting Vortec until they can offer an air-to-air intercooler with their kit. Procharger wins hands down.

Well its been 8 years and two cars later for our procharger and all I have ever done is put on 4 belts and a belt tensioner bearing. the bearing last year.2 belts were my problem did not have in perfect alinement and the other 1 I wore out and the new one went when the motor blew this year.it is the old P-600b the one you do have to knock a hole in the oil pan.I drilled and taped a hole in the timming cover it could have been pluged if the blower was not to be used again.but it also bit the dust with the motor.I have not had any other blowers but the procharger has been A+ from day one.the tech. line was good and hit a tune problem I was having on the head but they where slow and I was on hold for awile.and the motor made good HP running 11.16 in a full weight street trim drive it to and from the track car.even still had the smog pump on the car. I dont think you would go wrong with a procharger or a vortech or the paxton.but we ran the procharger.

 

def a procharger, also a 92 will have a 8.8 with 273 gears the only way to know is to see with the rear dif cover has been removed if you cannot tell you will have to take it off to tell
