i have a problem when i got to take off my first gear slams outta gear.. its loud as crap and scares the bageebies outta me everytime the only time it doesnt is when i slam it into first and my synchros are bad in 1rst and reverse and i got fluid in the tranny so i have no idea wut it could be...its a t5 tranny and ive heard those were not the best...

 

If your transmission is popping out of 1st and has syncronizer problems, you are going to need to get it rebuilt (might be pretty spendy though) or buy a new one... TKO makes one that you can get your hands on for fairly cheap (1600 dollars)... then again, you may do well to find a used one, with lower miles, at the junk yard.

 

do you know what trannys are the best and wuts not? possibly might buy a new one just dont know wut to get... i have a spare tranny another t5..
