Default RE: E brake or drums sticking?

My guess would be to that youre back brakes are adjusted too much. I got one question does youre car feel like its dragging? I would jack up the rear end try to take off the rear drums, If not tap the sides or right and left of the drums, then they should pop off. I would also check for leaks behide the drums brake plate. Maybe youre wheel brake cyl's could be worn out.

Good Luck
