Tranny ID
I have access to a used transmission out of a 1995 GT, but I have no clue as to which tranny it is. It has two groups of numbers on the side tags. Could someone please help me to ID this tranny? The numbers are:
F4XR 7003 DA MD843 and 1352 246 45784 Please give me as much info as you can. Thank you!

About all of the info that I can give you is that the 95 came with either the T-5 manual or the AODE automatic... sorry the numbers don't mean anything to me... hope the info helps.

The first Number is a ford part number, I called my buddy in the parts dept and asked him.
For more info, look at the chart at the bottom of this page, it list gear ratios and all, look for the line that starts in 246, as in 1352-246 which is your BW trans ID.
T5 Info
According to what I can find it was in a 94 GT 5.O, it is a WC, but as that article says, do not confuse WC with "Z" and think you are getting a 93 cobra trans.
