Default Removing all emissions on a 95gt

I'm looking to clean up the engine bay a bit and make the car lighter and easier to work on since I'm moving to a non emissions area in a week. I want to remove any emissions related equipment so the engine bay basically looks like an engine with an alternator, ps pump, water pump and AC compressor and a few hoses and wires and thats it. Since the car is a 95 is it still obd1 or obd2? I'm assuming removing all this stuff will set codes, but will these codes affect driveability at all or cause any other problems than just a ses light on? I'm coming from a gm background so this is my first time experimenting with one of these cars ... not sure what to expect. I MUST keep the AC in the car and working! It's a 1995gt. Thanks!

well since your car is fuel injected, you cant get away without having a wiring harness. you still need a lot of those sensors eventhough you may be getting rid of emissions crap.

your car wont run with out MAF, and you need something to control the IAC, FPS, your ignition is electronic, etc.

It is OBD1 and the items will throw codes how ever it will not effect your drivability you can also have a chip burned that will shut those codes off as well that way you don’t have a check engine light for any smog stuff.

Who does these chips?

I understand I need a wiring harness and iac and all that stuff, I just want it to look really clean without stuff I don't absolutely need all over the place.... that's what I meant to say. In order to install these chips, are these computers already socketed to accept them from the factory?

I bought mine from On3 motorsports you shouldn’t need anything other than maybe a shorter belt. and yes the stock computer will accept a chip you will need to take the computer apart and clean it extremely well when you are there I can walk you threw that step
chips
SCT or Diablo
