hey guys, my names doug im new to the forum... looked pretty cool and thought i would join. about a week ago i bought my 98 mustang gt, and i was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on a few mods that may help my automatic gt move a lil faster, thx!!

 

gears, Cold Air Intake, get that crappy stock filter off der....thats a start

 

First thing is usually a cat-back exhaust - that way you can SOUND like a mustang !

MD... Birdieman... Nobody gets a Mustang for the sound.... they get it for the stickers and vinyl. LOL... Really though, an exhaust system is the very first thing to do, definatly. I would go ahead and put some aftermarket headers, off-road mid-pipe and a quality cat-back exhaust. You wouldnt be getting all the potential from the system at stock trim, but as you mod the car, you'll really be glad you put the headers on.

 

sart with something massive like a supercharger or twin turbo's then do little things.[]
