Default air pump delete??????

OK i have a question, my air pump is going out and its starting to make noises, everything that i need the air pump for is disconnected. My question is what belt would i need to bipass the air pump, and also does anyone have a routing diagram for the belt after the airpump is gone?

yes the car will run without the air pump, it will also free up some of the load on the engine but raise your emissions, so if u have emissions i would not recomend deleting this air pump, as for belt size route a string around all of your pulleys except the air pump, measure the string count the ribs in the old belt, and go to napa or any parts store and they should be able to find one for you. also its a little more expensive but u can get an air pump delete idler pulley from summit. dont forget to plug any vaccume lines that may be left open or you will be chasing a high idle
