Default is this a good camshaft?

Hey guys,
During the holiday season i got a job and earned about $700. I am going to spend all that money on rebuilding my engine and getting it running again.
Since i am on a tight budget, i am going for products that will be good replacements for stock parts and that will give an extra " Umph " in my engines performance.
I am looking around and i am thinking about getting this camshaft:

What do you think? Its going in my 1968 Mustang Coupe 302/ 5.0L Engine, it will be replacing what i belive is a stock camshaft.
Thanks so much for any comments, suggestions or questions, they are all welcomed, positive or negative. Thanks again.

Decent cam. You might want to think about replacing your push in rocker studs (if you have 'em) with some screw in studs. Requires head removal, but that isn't much more since you have the engine torn down to replace the cam. Cost me $50 for the machine work needed last time I had it done. Studs, guideplates, and push rods will add up, but you'll actually be able to keep your performance.

Note: Push in studs will come out over time, reducing the overall lift on your valves.

How's this? You won't have the rockers I do, but the screw in stud, push rod, and guideplate are all visible here. Factory rocker studs are pressed into place and work themselves out over time.
