well now that u metin it... the tranny fluid is more brown than red

 

ACTUALLY! It's very common with the T-Bird trannys. Especially when it's cold. However...If it's doing it when going uphill, or when the car is fully warmed up. The trans is probably going and needs to be rebuilt.

There are service reports every where.
