Default 3.8 to 351 truck engine

my friend mentioned putting a 351 truck engine( 88 ford f250 with 65k on it)in his 3.8 94 mustang. Could he do this? and what would he have to get to do it if he could

He'd have to get the ECU out of the truck, as well as, most likely, the transmission, but I could be mistaken.

Otherwise it should fit, right?

But headers may have to be custom-fit.
