Default good price?

I found an 87 gt for sale and went and looked at it today. No engine or tranny, line lock, south side machine lower control arms, four inch cown induction hood, holley "blue" electric fuel pump, welded in subframe connectors, aftermarket shorty headers, true duals, was a five speed. Burgundy with grey interior with lumbar seats. Nose and rear spoiler are a little rough. Cheap aftermarket wheels/tires. Think it is worth $1100? My brother will prolly buy it next week.
Thanks
Randy

Sounds like a deal but you could always talk them down a little.

Damn that sounds like a sweet deal. Up here 87 GT sells for $3500 + plus, Ive seen 84 5.0L for $10,500, I was WTF is that, I went to see it, I told the guy, Very nice car, But it not worth 10,500. The engine wasnt even hyped out, only mods were stroked 302 / 3.73 posi 8.8 rear / 5 spd / CAI / 3" flowmaster exhaust, Nothing really run home about, Oh and I forgot the 16 inch chrome ponies, I told $4500 max. The guy almost pissed him self and LOL. But like I say I pulled up with 93 Lx drop top with 450hp to the rear wheels, I told him I will sell you mine for $8500 plus his 84 5.0L. He wouldn't hehe. I noticed he was really thinking about it. my 93 LX 302 is flawless. Oh I just say to him good Luck, I got out on the street I did the longest burnout as I could, damn just nothing but pure smoke and blakc skid marks. That gave him some insight of power hehe.

Good Luck ss4ever.

Thanks for the replies. Will hopefully be getting the car this weekend. Gunna go ahead and put my brothers 302 and aod in his 93 LX hatback to sell to get some money for a nice little 351W to build, thinking gt-40 heads, performer rpm intake, full length headers, forged bottom end and a nice healthy roller cam. Too much for an 18 year old that is currently driving a 89 notch 2.3?

Depends on his driving habits and responsibility. I was only 17 and driving around my restored Iroc-z with 250rwhp/340+ rwtq and I never did anything idiotic or abused the power it had.
