i have a 4.6 w/ ALOT of miles on it.......140k.... yea ALOT!
i dont want to get rid of it and the engine is runnin fine....
id like to when im done get 400 to 450 horsepower out of it what do i need to do to repair the damage that all those miles have done?
and as for the power....HOW? and WHAT to do?

A) your engine would need a complete overhaul if you want to make serious power with it. and,,

B) you're never gonna make 450 hp from the 4.6 2V. Well, not for anything less than +$10,000
