Default Need Advice on Catalytic Converters

I just purchased a 1995 GT with a 347 Stroker in it. It has a custom exhaust with long coated headers, X-piipe and no catalytic converters. I need to purchase a pair to install. I want to purchase a performance converter. Any suggestions on a good converter that will give me max performance?

I do have the original GT converters from the factory. I thought it would be wise not to reuse these but to put new ones on.

This is my first ford vehicle since the late 60s. I will be asking a lot of questions in the future.

All suggestions and advice will Greatly Be Appreciated!

On my 83 stang Ive got no CATS, All the inners are gutted, I just have the outter sheilds looking like they are installed.(HEHE)
I just went through emissions test last month up here in Canada, Its almost the same kind of deal like california has there's. I added 2 quarts of methnol hydrate into my gas tank with 87 octane fuel, Took it for 10 mins run on the HWY, about 85mph for a few mins, then went to the emissions test, I was thinking I was going to fail, Once I seen the guy smile, and say nice stang he said youre car passed with flying colors, I was sure happy to hear that. Now I am good for another year.
