can anyone please tell me how to refocus my headlights...i took them off to see if i could get the orange reflectors out but it turned out to be one hell of a job...since then the headlights point straight done....someone help me

 

Take them out again and notice the springs
that are on one side and the top or bottom.
You will see a adjustment screw for each.
Put the light back and pull up to a garage door
about 4 feet away.
With lites on try your adjustments.
