Default Installing Lowering Springs

I just bought the Eibach Pro Kit springs and was wondering how hard are they to install. Is it something i can do myself and how long would it take?

Problem i had with lowering springs, were finding the appropriate spring compressor that will fit in and still be able to be tightned and untightened once the springs are in, It was a bitch to find for me, seems like all the types i tried were made more towards imports which wasnt fun. I ended up making my own outta metal and useing the screw thing from the compressors i borrowed from parts stores, than it was easy lol, didnt like the over all lowering though, it lowered the car way more than it was supposed to with the ford racing ones hopeuflly you guys like em.

lowering springs are easyer to put on then stock ones. One person is a pain in the *** unless you have all the tools. I removed my lowering springs because my 60 ft times started to suck. Now i just have stock springs in the rear and 4 banger springs in the front with 90/10 struts
