This Terminator seems odd
Ive been car chopping for about 6 months now for a 03-04 Cobra preferably with less than 20k miles on it. Now I have seen this one cobra for sale from a dealership for about a good 6 months and the ad is still up and the guy told me it is still for sale:
http://cars.com/go/search/detail.jsp...eadExists=true
Is there something in this ad that Im missing here that someone hasnt snagged this up already? I know terminators are usually on and off the market fast.

They aren't harder to sell up here, they actually sell for over book value in the North East more often than not. Huge demand for them up here...
Anyway, I believe that car has been posted on this site before. I believe it's been wrecked before?

Check the VIN. It doesnt seem hard to believe at all. I see terminators with around 30k miles selling from 22500 to 26000 normaly. How much do they normaly go for where you live?

Its not how much its being sold for its for how long its been up for sale. Im in Long Island and this thing has been up for about 6-8 months now even when the weather was great. Guy told me people come to see it and find out how much insurance is and they never call back But anyone who knows there stuff would pick that car up asap I would assume.

I'd run a Carfax on it to be sure it wasn't wrecked (even then it still could have been). If you're really interested in it, check it out thoroughly....door seams, fender screws under hood, trunk area under carpet....any place you would be able to see damage from a wreck or where screws/bolts have been removed. Get a warranty w/ it so the dealership you buy if from is stuck fixing it if there is a problem.

It might also depend on what the "performance upgrades" are. On a car like that most folks who are going to spend that much on a used car are probably going to want it to be factory original. JMHO
