I'm looking for scarlet red touch up paint ('88 LX 5.0 HB), paint code 2D. I've looked in all the local parts houses, including national chains, with no luck. Dealer no longer carries scarlet red. Is there another color from a later/earlier car that is the same? Anyone know of an online source? As a last resort I will go to my local paint shop to have them match the car and mix up a quart. I just need to touch up a couple of small rock chips and hate to buy a whole quart.
