Default O2 Sensor

I just recently put Brenspeed's tune on my 2006 GT in conjunction with a K&N CAI and SLP Long Tubes. After about 1500 mi with the tune on the car, this trouble code showed up all of a sudden. What should I do? Should I just put the stock tune back on? Any help would great.

I'm not too familiar with the 2006 GTs, but will a MIL eliminator after that cats take care of this problem?

Supposedly the tune turned off the after cat O2 sensors. It may be the sensor connected to the header itself. The only thing I can think of is the tune is actuallyrunning to rich, orthe computer thinks it's running rich and actually isn't.
