Lots of people do it too long.
Well, not really a waste. But as soon as you see its pure n2o comming out
you STOP...
Not go nuts with it
Huge waste, at a mean 4bux a pound...
Still VERRRRRRRRRRRRY fun stuff tho

And how stupid will you look losing to something when you purge the hell out of em at the light?

y'all are right except for one minor detail, you aren't removing air from the lines when you purge, you removing gaseous N2O so that liquid N2O will be filling the lines so that when the solenoid opens, the liquid N2O flows immediately past the valve and "flashes" to the gas which provide both the cooling effect and the extra oxygen to the fuel/air mixture. AND before you start arguing, think about how in the hell air could overcome the high, 800-900 psi pressure, in the nitrous system and get into it from outside it. the bottle is full of liquid N2O, not a mixture of air and nitrous![sm=thanx.gif]
