Default Speedometer..

I have a '94 5.0 Mustang, the last owner changed the instrument panel, now it's out by about 20-30mph. How do you fix it?I know the stock speedo maxes at 120mph, this new one the last owner put in maxes at 150mph. I've Googled everywhere but I can't really find anything lol any help would be appreciated

Change the speedo gear in the transmission. 1 bolt is holding it in the tailshaft housing. I think they're around like $15-$20. I'm not sure what tooth size you'd use though.
