Default Fuel or Air Flow problem

Ok, for those who remember me from last 2 months ago with my temp. problem...it was the head gasket. Finally got that **** fixs for a good WONDERFUL price!!! Now, I'm back in the problem field again!!!

When I got my car back, I have problems when I take off from a stop position. The car acts like it's putting then it goes. The check engine light came on. So, I got the codes and the shop told me it was a o2 senser. So, i change out both of them. Well, the check engine light came back on again. So, this time I notice that my air filter from my cold air intake was messing. So, I order another one and put it on today. Well, everything seems great, until the check engine light came back on again. So, i called up ford and they said something about the fuel is either running too lean or too rich. Well, i thought it was doing that cause of the missing air filter, but I'm clueless!!!!! Please, I need help!!!! Can it be the fuel sensor?

about a week and a half, but i just talk to the guy that fix my head gasket, and he told me that the green vaccum cable pop when he was puting the car together. the rubber end he thinks might be to big, so he told me to buy a smaller one so no air can get in. plus the vaccum hose is at the intake so, that would have to be it. what yall think?

ok, so i change the vaccum tube, but that didn't do it. so, the check engine light came on again. so, i stop by the advance auto parts store. the same code came up. p1130...o2 sensor. keep in mind that i change out both of them last week. and remember i stop by autozone and they pull a code of p1120....which is a Throttle Position Sensor out of range. so, i remember this happen to me long time ago (bout a year or so) when the tps went out when i was washing my car. it got wet and the car would barely take off. like its doing now. so, i'm gonna change out thetps tommorrow. that's has to be the only reason why the o2 sensor code is comin up.....the tps is not lettin the right amount of gas out.

what do yall think?
