slp makes high quality stuff. even though they started with F-bodies. i am getting the loudmouth exhaust when i get a MAC h-pipe, and new longtubes, one of the pipes decided it wanted to hit a rock

Actually the Loudmouth kit for Mustangs is one of the best fitting exhausts in the industry. SLP has also proven themselves in the mustang world with their superior dyno tests. SLP = very high quality stuff.

Im definently going for the loudmouth exhaust with a MAC h but was wondering if it would be a good decision for an 04. I did see the results of the slp's with the f-bodys, but cant find as much info on the 00-04's.

i just put on the SLP loudmouth cat back 4 days ago and let me tell you it is sooo LOUD!! the quality is perfect. I took it too the custom exhaust shop that is a dealer of FLOWMASTER and MAGNAFLOW. they told me i shoulda get the magnapacks when i first went in there. when it was done and they turned on the car and then revved it they all almost **** their pants. they said it was the best sounding Mustang they have ever done. thats including Saleens, Cobras and Mach's. I have a GT so it is alot less power then the others and making alot nicer sound then those cars. The SLP products all come with awesome sound, looks, and quality.

i know it's weird slp is working on stang's now but hey they claim a 25 rwhp gain on a stock 03 cobra. so they must be doing something right.

Marketing at the very least

I'll get the catted x-pipe on my car this weekend to match the loudmouths i got on last weekend. I plan to get it dyno'd after that just to form a baseline for future mods... I have an 04 GT so we shall see.

don't forget the O2 extension harness.

let me know how it sounds after putting the X on. louder? deeper? difference in gains? i've been meaning to get one, but too much x-mas shopping to do.
