Ive never really had a Fast car, My prev cars were a 88 Topaz that I got in 99, from My Grandma, it had 10k miles on it, she drove it to church! haha, and then i got a 99 Contour it was the 24valve so it was at least fun! And I notice that when I pull up to Cobras or Corvettes or other Nice Fast, ( Fast as in nothing to prove ) The drivers are Nice! They will say hey nice car, or give me a thumbs up.

Anyways I also notice the jerks in Older beat up cars always want to race you. Or the people in the Older Mustangs, Pre94 stlye bodies, Anyone else have this problem?? I [:-]

 

I have a problem with everyone wanting to race me. I will have a 80 yr old man wanting to race me just because I have a mustang there are those others with nice cars who will wave at you while driving by or say hi and stuff when you pull up to you but everybody including the soccer mom grocier getter vans wants to race just because driving a mustang it gets old and aggrivating real fast.

 

usually people (like me) with older cars don't care about them as much because they aren't really as good as newer cars...so they don't mind on beating on them like they shouldn't...(I.E. doing donuts in the forest with a 1993 mustang 2.3 all rusty...just to give you an example maybe)...jsut my thought though

 

Just let em go. I look at like not giving them the satisfaction.

 

I just laugh at them if they persit I just show'em a few c-note...they get mad a putt off
