Default Rubbing problems

I have a 93 coupe with new eibach springs, struts and shocks and I've got a rubbing issue with my rear driver's side outer tire.I can jack it up and then lower it and I have about an 1 1/2 inch clearence. It will stay that way until I drive it and that side will drop down to probably 3/4 of an inch and start rubbing. What could cause the car to drop that way?
