Hey all,

Recently someone drilled out both door locks on my 95GT so I went to Autozone and purchased 2 new Door locks. I removed the door panels, removed the old drilled out locks and installed the new ones. Im confused as to how to connect the rod from the plastic piece on the new lock to the locking mecinism. I thought i had it but it seems the way i put it on I could only lock the door (with the key still in the lock) but if i wanted to take the key out I would have to unlock the door. Also if the key was not in the lock I could not use the latch on the inside. The latch on the inside would only work if the key was in the lock. I know the way that little rod inside the door is set up wrong, is there any one that could help me or maybe send me a link of how to set up the new door locks properly?? Any help is greatly appreciated...
