Default Engine noise

ok well i wanted to know if a 1993 4 banger was close engine noise that a 5.0 makes...i want to know because my car makes a lot of noise...maybe i will do some noise dampering when i first get the time and second wheni get the money...eather are hard to come by...but i also wanted to know what rpms do people with 5.0 with eather 3.73 or 3.55 rear ends what is the rpm if you are doing say 75 down the highway at a constant speed....i do highway driving all the time so thats why i ask...thanks people

I used to run right at 2,000 rpm cruising at 70 mph on the interstate with 3.73 gears and stock size Mustang tires on my '88 AOD in overdrive.

ok well my 4 banger its about 3,000 when i am around 70-80....after that i don't know because my speedometer doesn't go past 85...well thanks...so 3.73 gears should be fine then...well thats nice to know...thanks
