Default 99 mustang electrical problems

My 99 mustang is having some electrical problems. My dome light will stay on when you drive down the road, and NO the light switch **** is not turned on. The car will ding like the door is open going down the road and when you open the door it will not ding. The horn and lights flash 2 times when you lock the car with a remote keypad instead of the typical 1 time. I have no idea what is going on, has this happened to anybody else? So far i have just taken the dome light bulb out.

YES, just pulled my car out of storage and same problem..

SOLUTION: sprayed electrical circuitboard cleaner into door latch mechanism. I let it evaporate 5 mins. Then sprayed silicone grease into it...FIXED
