Id try getting ahold of Ford, or even a dealer. They may be able to help. They should have a catolog somewhere with those valve covers in them. I wouldnt call the dealer tho, id go to the dealer so you know theyre looking at the right piece and color as thier intelligence is questionable at times. A quick trip to a parts store may have something close also.
Eastwood sells restoration supplies and last i looked they sold engine paints in different Ford blues. Theres a Ford light blue but those valve covers may be a bit brighter than that.
Could always try a custom paint shop to and see what they have to say. Wish i could help more.
