Default Door Panel

Hi! I just bought my first Mustang. It is a 2003. For whatever reason, it was never sold by the dealer so I got a really great deal on it. I have a question though that only other Mustang owners can answer for me.

At night my door panel switches do not illuminate. Is this normal? Any previous cars I've ever driven, these switches have always illuminated so you can find them. This would be a warranty item, of course but I first need confirmation that they should indeed light up.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. I didn't know any other way to find out for sure except ask other Mustang owners!

yeah, you just have to develop a Braille feeling for which switch you're touching at any given time. once you get some time behind the wheel, it will come natural as to which switch you're touching most of the time! LOL
