guages not working

guages not working
Hey guys,
i have a 94 5.0 and the guages went out, i checked the fuses, even replaced the cluster, still nothing
blinking lights, battery light and bright light symbol still work fine just no needles move.
anyone had this happen before?any ideas on a fix?
