Default Clutch help

alright im know that most of the stock manualk cars come withaa hydraulic. clutch. it is a 97 gt.The guy that owned it before me changed it so that it was a straight cable . Is this good or bad news for me?

No, I don't think any Mustang ever came with a hydraulic clutch..
