window wont go completly up before the storm

window wont go completly up before the storm
the right side works all of a sudden the driver side will not go all the way up. it does have alarm controls
windows go up when you lock.
i check the main fuse block 12 40 amp not blown , and i know because the right side goes up.
i pulled the plasit holder check the fuse that is on the electril line in the door.
Now I am stuck what do i do??
Any suggestions ,, even to just the window to go up
