Default What is better Koni or Bilstein?

Looking to upgrade my suspension package from stock and wanted to hear some opinion about who is better. If there are other brands I should be considering please let me know. I have 02 GT Conv. It my also help to mention that I possibly considering going with coil overs. Thanks for all you advice and opinions.

I wouldnt go coilovers on a stang, but that is just me. Bilstien is nice, but Steeda is fantastic. They have been doing suspension since they started the company.

To be honest Koni is the best for shocks. But are expensive and they have the
best quality. Bilsteins are a little cheaper but have about the smae quality as do Koni.

Bilsteins, by far.

Also remember, there are several places that can rebuild a Bilstein shock for pocket change if by any chance 10 years from now they fail. I believe you can still have one rebuilt for around $50 bucks.

I used them on a 700+ HP Dirt Modified...never failed once.

Why wouldn't you do coilovers?
