Default valve train

When I put my new motor in my '69 it was rebuilt using a new 87-93ish type 5.0 short block. This block has the factory spec roller cam in it. For some reason it came with non roller lifters. I didn't realize this til one of my valves wasn't lifting. I pulled out the lifter to discover that it was ground down to where it was like completly useless, but then I looked at it and It was a non roller! I am changing them all with roller lifters now. My question is do I need different pushrods also? I was also thinking of changing to roller rockers as well. If i have the regular old '69 302 heads are my rockers pedestal or rail type rockers? Are the Crane energizer roller rockers a good choice for my setup? They are fairly cheap at only $200 a set, but would they work? Summit says they are for a 1977-1994 302 and 302 H.O.. They have a 1.70 ratio and "5/16 stud. I dont know what size my studs are so thats why i dont know if they will fit. Thanks!
